Registration and Background Checks
Registrations must be completed on-line and one registration per church. The deadline to submit your registration and t-shirt orders is June 27, 2022. Please make sure to include your camper list. This will ensure that each camper will have a bunk for the week. Anyone 18 and over planning to stay on the camp grounds must complete the application for a background check. The background check is paid by the applicant when you submit your application and the cost is $12.95. These must be completed by July 20, 2022. Also, each camper must have an Activity Participation Agreement completed and the church coordinator is to hold onto these throughout the week. The application can be found here. Adult Screening
Cost per camper
As always, camp is free to anyone that wants to come. At the same time, camp has its costs and any donations are welcome. While we do not charge a fee to come to camp, we have estimated that it costs approximately $125.00 per camper for the week. This amount covers ten (10) nutritious meals, utilities, recreation and a bed for a week. Any funds sent to camp to help offset this cost is greatly appreciated and will help to keep our camp a Free Camp.
Kitchen
The cook is requesting that each church bring at least two (2) desserts. These will be served with the meals in the Dining Hall.
Arrival at Camp
As you enter and exit the campgrounds, YOU MUST STOP at the checkpoint. This is to ensure the safety of your children on the grounds. While at the checkpoint you will receive your dorm assignments, T-shirts and wrist bands. This will complete your registration. Enjoy your camp week!
