Student Session Speaker
This year’s conference speaker is well-known among the Alive Conference. Joshua Corbett has served as the head of the department of Student Ministries and Youth Director at Friendship Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO for over 15 years. Josh had previously served on the Youth Alive Committee serving to plan and execute Alive Student Conferences. Josh is a long-time resident of St. Clair and has been married to his wife Dawn for almost 30 years. He has 4 children and 9 grandchildren. It is Josh’s belief that revival in this country can be sparked and driven by the students of this generation.
Worship Leaders
Our worship team for this year’s Alive Conference will be The Central Collective! The Central Collective is a gospel-centered worship band in central Arkansas. They met at Central Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas. After playing as a group for a year, they realized the gifts God had blessed them with as well as the heart they had for leading people in worship and started The Central Collective.
Entertainment
You will never believe what incredible entertainment is lined up for this year. In year ’s past, we have hosted illusionists, musicians, artists, and more, but we found those pale in comparison to this year’s performance. Here are a few hints! It will have you out of your seats like never before!
Crowd participation is a must. For the first time in the history of the Alive Conference, we will…NOT be announcing entertainment until the scheduled entertainment time! Come join us and find out the SURPRISE!
Recreation
Recreation will be at Kokomo Joe’s this year! Kokomo Joe’s has a plethora of indoor attractions! Jump all night at the Trampoline Park, bump and bounce in the Bumper cars, play the newest and best games on the market at their Mega Arcade, test your skill in the Laser Maze, strike out while Mini Bowling or compete against your friends in a game of Laser Tag!
Medical Release Form
Each student must have a medical release form in case of accident or illness. Each church is responsible for collecting and keeping the medical releases for its own students. You can use the sample release provided or use one of your own. Download form
Conference T-Shirt
A conference t-shirt will be provided for all who register by December 1st. T-shirts will be handed out at the Alive registration table outside the ballroom of hotel between 5:00 and 6:45 on December 28, 2023.
